Cleaning fee: $75, charged only if food is consumed during the rental.

Rental rules

Security deposit: $200, returned via U.S. Mail provided there are no damages. Alterations to the structure or excessive site clean-up will be charged for clean-up and repairs. Please clean up after yourself and your guests; after an excessive mess, part or all of the deposit may be withheld.
